Recipients may reply HELP at any time to receive assistance. The Platform will respond with the sender's business name and a contact method.

6.4 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

SMS opt-in consent data, phone numbers collected for SMS purposes, and opt-in records are never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. This data is used solely to facilitate message delivery on behalf of the subscribing business.
